Can I skip the monthly plan?
+
No. The launch refresh comes bundled with the maintenance plan. A static site nobody touches drifts out of date inside a year (review counts go stale, schema standards shift, third-party booking widgets break silently when vendors push updates), and we’d rather not be the team that built a site that’s slowly going stale. Hosting is part of the bundle for the same reason: the response times we commit to (one business day for edits and breakage fixes, monitoring on booking widgets and uptime) only hold up if we’re the ones running the stack. After launch you can cancel any month if maintenance isn’t earning its keep, and we’ll export your files so you keep what you paid for.
What counts as an update?
+
Updates are content edits to the pages we already built for you: copy tweaks, photo swaps, brand color changes, services, credentials, team bios, emergency or specialty hours. One-business-day turnaround on each. (Regular hours, your primary phone number, and Google reviews stay current automatically and don’t need a request.) What isn’t an update: redesigns, new pages, new layouts, custom apps or calculators, ecommerce setup, or rebuilding integrations that already work. Those are separate projects we can quote, but they’re not part of the $79/mo plan.
Can I see a sample before submitting my site?
+
The best sample is built from your own site. Submit the form above and we’ll send you a homepage preview within 3-5 business days. If we already emailed you a preview link, that homepage is what we’d launch (give or take any revisions you ask for). The rest of your pages (up to 10) get the same treatment at launch.
Will the refresh hurt my Google rankings?
+
Almost never. URLs stay identical and the site loads faster, which protects your rankings. If you have heavy SEO infrastructure (programmatic landing pages, lots of blog history), we’ll flag it before you commit.
Will my booking widget and forms keep working?
+
Embed-style widgets carry over directly: schedulers (Calendly, Housecall Pro, Acuity, Jobber), live chat, and review widgets all keep working. For contact forms, you pick at preview: route to your inbox or wire into a common CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailchimp). Other CRMs are case-by-case. Custom calculators and quote tools aren’t in scope. If a vendor has an outage on their end, we’ll flag it so you can reach their support, but vendor-side issues aren’t part of our breakage SLA.
Do I need to migrate my email provider?
+
No, we don’t touch your email. If you’re on Gmail, Outlook, GoDaddy, or anywhere else, that stays exactly as-is. The refresh is just the website.
Can I cancel and take my site files with me?
+
Yes. Email us, we export your site files, you point your domain wherever you want. No lock-in, no exit fees, no contracts. The site is built on standard web files; any developer or platform can host them.
